The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office granted OneEvent Technologies its eighth patent that covers the learning mechanisms of the OneEvent™ home and building monitoring system.
The eighth patent addresses the company’s data analytics, specifically the software that runs on the cloud server and analyzes the data collected from the sensors installed at customer sites. The software incorporates a variety of algorithms that identify short-term and long-term trends of the building or home environment — essentially, the learning of what’s normal for that structure, and what’s not.
