OneEvent Technologies representatives are in San Francisco this week for the 21st annual CONNECTIONS: The Premier Connected Home Conference. The event begins today (Tuesday, May 23) and runs through Thursday, May 25.
OneEvent is exhibiting and is also a Bronze Sponsor of the conference, which is hosted by Parks Associates.
According to the CONNECTIONS website, the connected home has evolved from a high-end concept toward a mass-market opportunity with incredible revenue potential. As a result of broadband adoption, smartphone usage and consumer expectations for connectivity solutions that provide a personalized experience, several high-profile market disruptions are emerging. The conference is an education-driven event featuring three days of speaker sessions geared toward the more than 650 executives and other professionals who attend the conference. Industries represented include IoT, smart home, digital entertainment and gaming, home networks, new media, digital health, mobile apps and services, and consumer electronics.
Products at the conference include software, hardware, middleware, services and corollary products for digital entertainment, home networking, home systems, broadband access, residential gateways, energy management and mobile entertainment.
