Limited Warranty

OneEvent Technologies, Inc. (“OneEvent”) warrants, for a period of one (1) year from delivery of OneEvent hardware products, that such products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when in normal use. This warranty does not cover any of the following: (i) improper installation, maintenance, repair, or modification by the customer or a third party; (ii) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control, (iii) improper environments, excessive or inadequate heating or air conditioning, electrical power failures, power surges, water damage or other irregular environmental conditions, (iv) failures resulting from the use of third party software, software drivers, API’s or (v) damage occurring during shipment.
The foregoing warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall OneEvent be liable for any loss of anticipated profits or consequential damages.

Repairs and Replacements

OneEvent reserves the right to refuse warranty repairs or replacements for any products that are damaged, not in their original form, or otherwise modified. In order to obtain warranty service, the you must return products to OneEvent’s facilities for examination. OneEvent’s sole obligation under this warranty will be to repair or replace, at OneEvent’s sole discretion, defective products.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
