Step 1: Add Your Gateway (Required)

The OneEvent Gateway provides cellular connectivity to the cloud while receiving real-time data from the sensors in your coolers and/or freezers.

The OneEvent Gateway is required with any system and is your hub for communicating with the cloud and the sensors in your coolers and freezers. The Gateway comes ready to install with instructions and installation hardware and includes a pre-paid one-year service subscription ($140). You will receive a subscription renewal invoice one year from the purchase date.

Step 2: Add Refrigerator Temperature Sensors

Sensors placed in your refrigerator and/or freezer monitor temperature and send their data to your Gateway. All sensors must be placed within 60 feet of a Gateway. You will need a sensor for each refrigerator that you need to monitor.

Thermo Two® Refrigeration Sensor with Annual Service Subscription

The Thermo Two® Sensor monitors the temperature within your refrigerator and alerts you when temperatures exceed pre-set limits. You can customize your settings using the OneEvent Dashboard. All sensors come ready to install with instructions and installation hardware and include a pre-paid one-year service subscription ($50). You will receive a subscription renewal invoice one year from the purchase date.

Optional Door Sensor

You can protect inventory by monitoring your door open times. This optional sensor ($27) comes pre-configured using default settings. You can customize settings later using the OneEvent Dashboard. Door sensors come ready to install and include a pre-paid one-year service subscription ($20). You will receive a subscription renewal invoice one year from the purchase date.
